1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Vigour Wellness. By accessing our website at vigourwellnesstx.com, scheduling appointments, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vigour Wellness provides aesthetic and wellness services including, but not limited to, facials, head spa treatments, massage therapy, waxing, microneedling, and medical weight loss services. All medical services are provided under physician supervision.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

• Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure certain services.
• Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email and/or text message.
• Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price.
• No-Show Fee: Failure to show for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee equal to the full service price.
• Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Health and Safety

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information. Certain conditions may prevent you from receiving specific treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk to you.

Medical weight loss and certain aesthetic services require a consultation and may require medical clearance. Individual results may vary. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vigour Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vigour Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
